Joseph Phelan

Joseph joined the Center communications staff of the Miami Workers Center after graduating from the Center’s 2005 Intensive Organizers Training Program. Joseph comes to the Center after several years with SLAM (Student Liberation Action Movement) organizing students around a myriad of issues including better access to college education for low-income people of color in New York City. Joseph has a twin brother and is proud of his Irish heritage.
